During the first year, courses are mainly devoted to the research methodology of the various disciplines involved in the PhD program (i.e. management, law and accounting). The aim is to build interdisciplinary methodological skills and a common scientific ground in order to adequately approach the research activity.
These are: Methodology of legal research; Research methods for business administration and accounting; Research methods for management; Academic publishing: how to write a scientific paper.
Some of the university lessons can be suggested to PhD students in order to fill educational gaps.
The training activity during the following years will essentially have a seminar character. Exams are mandatory at the end of the first year.
During the second year at least 6 months will be spent abroad or in other research institutions in Italy.
